Comment Policy

When I publish a post on this blog, I am kicking off a conversation, and I welcome everyone who wants to take part in that conversation. But there are some rules.

• I express opinions on this blog. You may not always agree with them. That’s okay – that’s your opinion. As a blogger, I’m all for people having opinions, and you should be, too.
• I publish all comments, including those that don’t agree with me – as long as you do so respectfully. If you wouldn’t say it in polite company, please don’t write it on my blog. That means no name-calling, swearing, personal insults or aggression.
• Friendly debates are fun ; bullying and prolonged arguments are not. I therefore reserve the right to close comments where necessary to keep things friendly, and I will remove any comment that I consider inappropriate for any reason, without prior warning or explanation.
• Repeat offenders may be blocked from commenting on future posts.
• Let’s be careful out there.
